Why Krakow?

Krakow is one of the most beautiful cities in Poland. In 1978 it was added to the UNESCO list. Krakow is considered by many to be the capital of culture.
In 2013, the Krakow Main Square was chosen by Lonely Planet as the most beautiful in the world. When coming to Krakow, it is worth booking a few days. While in Krakow, there are things you cannot miss.It is an ideal place for a city break but also for a longer trip.

You should start your tour from the Main Square. It is the largest medieval market in Europe. Its main feature is the Cloth Hall (Sukiennice). Once it was traded in cloth, today you can buy souvenirs related to Krakow here. There is also the Town Hall Tower, which, like in Pisa, is leaning. The only church on the market square is the church of St.Wojciech. The latest mass in Krakow takes place here. It starts at 9:37 pm in memory of John Paul II. While the St. Mary's Basilica is located at St. Mary's Square. From the Market Square we go along Grodzka Street, which is part of the Royal Way, to the Wawel Castle. We walk towards the Vistula river towards the Jewish quarter (Kazimierz). The Jewish Quarter is the historical and cultural center of Krakow. You can delve into history here.
